    Commissioner of Finance Michele Madigan presented the 2020 Comprehensive Budget for the City of Saratoga Springs at the 10/1/19 City Council Meeting.  Please see accompanying materials:

City Operations

  1. City Operations Recreation Building Exterior
    Due to the reconstruction occurring at City Hall, non-emergency City operation are now located at the Saratoga Springs Recreation Center (15 Vanderbilt Ave.). Services there include tax collection, utility payment, parking tickets, Assessments, Building, Planning, Civil Service, and the City Clerk. 

    The Saratoga Springs City Court has been temporarily relocated to the Lincoln Baths Building (65 South Broadway).

    A few months ago, ‘City Hall’ was an historic and esteemed building in the heart of downtown Saratoga Springs. A disaster that requires the complete evacuation of a major public service hub requires a coordinated effort by every City employee.
