***The Assessment Office WILL NOT be holding a "How to Grieve your Assessment" class for 2021.

To grieve your assessment, fill out the application and submit along with all supporting documentation. Beginning May 3rd you can drop off your paperwork, there will be a locked drop box during normal business hours, located inside at the Broadway entrance ramp.ON GRIEVANCE DAY the drop box will be moved to the Lake Ave (Police Department) entrance from 4pm to 7pm. You can also mail your grievance but be advised Post marked will NOT be accepted. Download the current Grievance Packet here. Grievance packets can also be mailed out by request.
Grievance Day is Tuesday May 24, 2022.
Grievance board members will be hearing grievances at the times below. You can choose Morning, Afternoon or Evening session. This will not be in person. Please indicate on your paperwork if you would like the Board of Assessment Review to call you.You must submit your completed application and documentation to the Assessment Office in order to be scheduled for a timePRIOR to the start of each BAR hearing session.
