Workforce Housing Program

The City of Saratoga Springs offers a pathway to homeownership for its workforce community through the Workforce Housing Program. Eleven (11) two-bedroom condos on Jefferson Street are reserved for local income-eligible buyers at 100% and 80% of the area median income (AMI). Units will be announced below as they become available for purchase.
