The City of Saratoga Springs’ Office of the Commissioner of Finance collects City and County property taxes, Water and Sewer bills for users of the Saratoga Springs water system and delinquent School taxes for residents of the City of Saratoga Springs. City and County taxes are billed annually by the City in February. They can be paid quarterly or can be paid in full on or before March 1 to receive a discount of 2.25%. Utility bills are mailed quarterly by the Utility department in January, April, July, and October. The delinquent School taxes are turned over to the Office of the Commissioner of Finance in March of each year. The following are the collection dates for City and County and Water and Sewer bills: City and County property tax collection dates for 2010: * 1st quarter: March 1, 2010 * 2nd quarter: June 1, 2010 * 3rd quarter: September 1, 2010 * 4th quarter: December 1, 2010 City Water and Sewer Utility bill collection dates for 2010: * 1st quarter: February 16, 2010 * 2nd quarter: May 17, 2010 * 3rd quarter: August 16, 2010 * 4th quarter: November 15, 2010
