The function of the Municipal Civil Service Commission is to provide an orderly
and uniform system for the administration of civil service in the City Saratoga Springs
on the basis of merit and fitness as provided in the Civil Service Law of the State of New York.
These rules have theforce and effect of law and apply to all positions in the classified service of the City of Saratoga Springs and the Saratoga Springs Enlarged School District .
