Documents on the City of Saratoga Springs Web site are stored in either a Microsoft Word or an Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format.

The type of document is determined by the ending of the name, ".doc" file is a Microsoft Word format and files ending in ".pdf" are Adobe Acrobat files.

If these files are not displaying correctly when you click on them you need to download free viewing software and install it on your computer.

After these programs are installed, clicking on one of the download links should automatically display the file in the correct format on your screen exactly as it was originally created.

In the case of downloadable forms that are "fillable" Adobe Acrobat files, you are allowed to type the information into the form and print the form so you can bring it with you or mail it depending on the procedure for that particular form. Please note that the information that you put on the fillable forms must be printed or it will be lost since it is not saved when you close the form.
