will be reviewed by the Traffic Operations Committee and recommendations
will be forwarded to the Commissioner of Public Safety for his consideration

The Public Safety Department has instituted the following form for interested citizens to use when requesting information pertaining to traffic related issues. The Committee will meet once a month and review the information submitted and recommend appropriate action to the Commissioner of Public Safety for his final decision. Notification of the decision will be mailed to you at the address you have indicated. Thank you for your interest in Public Safety.
