Chapter 165: Peddling and Vending

Thank you for your interest in filing an application for a Peddling and Vending License under Chapter 165 of the City Code. 

You must receive formal written approval from the Office of Planning and  Economic Development and the City's Land Use Boards PRIOR to completing  and submitting an application for a Peddling and Vending License for the City of Saratoga Springs.
