Please Read the Following instructions carefully:

To grieve your assessment, fill out the application and submit along with all supporting documentation. We begin accepting applications in the office on Monday May 1, 2023.  We also accept by mail but be advised Post marked will NOT be accepted. Grievance packets can also be mailed out by request 

Board of Assessment Review (BAR) will be hearing grievances at the times below.  You do not need to be present to Grieve your Assessment, however please advise us if you would like to attend.  You must submit your completed application and documentation to the Assessment Office in order to be scheduled for a time PRIOR to the start of each BAR hearing session.

  • Morning Session9 a.m. - Noon
  • Afternoon Session1 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
  • Evening Session: 7 p.m. - 9 p.m.
