UPDATE: We hosted the first in a series of Facebook Live events with Alex Capo, LMHC on March 26, that you can find and watch on Facebook here, discussing fear and anxiety in families.  Alex is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 20 years of clinical experience working with children, adolescents and families. He is currently the Executive Director of the The Charlton School.

From caregivers and parents, to people living alone, young & old, everyone is feeling it.
