The City's Planning Department, along with Camiros Ltd. consultants, will present and discuss a draft of the zoning map for alignment with the Comprehensive Plan.
- This meeting is for the City's consultant to present and explain the current status of the DRAFT Zoning map that is being revised pursuant to the recently amended Comprehensive Plan. This is a presentation of the map, only.
- The Unified Development Ordinance will not be presented at the Special City Council meeting. The legislative adoption of any map or text changes will follow an advertised Public Hearing.
