PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City Council of the City of Saratoga Springs, NY will conduct a special City Council meeting at 4:15 P.M. at the City Recreation Center, 15 Vanderbilt Avenue, Saratoga Springs, to discuss and vote on utilizing the city-owned premises at 5 Williams Street, Saratoga Springs, as an emergency shelter by the City.
