On Thursday morning, November 12th at the Saratoga County STOP-DWI Breakfast hosted by County District Attorney Karen Heggen, the Saratoga Spring Police Department was awarded with a Certificate of Appreciation for the department's many years of involvement with the Victim's Impact Panel. Accepting the award on behalf of the department were Sgt. Andrew Prestigiacomo, Officer Daniel Noeker, and Sgt. Laura Emanatian.
