    You are requesting information under the provisions of the New York State Freedom of Information Law, Article 6 of the Public Officers Law. Please describe the records you are requesting in the space above. To aid in the response time to your request, be as specific as possible. The Freedom of Information Law requires that an agency acknowledge a request withing five (5) business days of receipt. The agency has up to twenty (20) business days to respond to a request and will respond as soon as possible. If any portion of the request is denied, you will be advised of the reason for denial.
