NOTICE TO PUBLIC

CHANGE TO SCHEDULED CITY COUNCIL MEETING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to City Charter section 2.2, the City Council of the City of Saratoga Springs, New York, will change the scheduled time of its next  meeting from Tuesday, October 4, at 7:00 PM, to Thursday, October 6, at 7:00 p.m, in the Music Hall, Third Floor, City Hall, Broadway, Saratoga Springs, NY, in consideration of Yom Kippur. The meeting may be viewed on the city’s website at www.saratoga-springs.org. The time of the scheduled pre-agenda meeting for this Council meeting will be changed to Tuesday, October 4, at 10:00 AM.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that one or more members of the City Council will be participating from videoconferencing due to extraordinary circumstances.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the following matters currently scheduled for public hearings on Tuesday, October 4 will be heard on the rescheduled date of October 6, at 6:45 PM, or as soon thereafter as the matters can be reached:

1. Amendment of Chapter 225, Vehicle and Traffic, for One Way Street designations  on Henry Street and McTygue Place.

      2. Creation of a new City Code Chapter 55, “Aggressive Solicitation”

The change in meeting time is noticed to the extent practicable as required by the New York Open Meetings Law.
